so do most women expect flowers on the first date? I usually dont do the flower thing, until later on, but then again i usually date women that i already know somewhat and they tend not to care about trivial things like that

I'm allergic to flowers personally but if they are given to me on first date I still accept them because of gesture and intentions behind them.Women like men who make them feel appreciated. First impressions are lasting impression so I say buy the flowers
reason being she won't expect it.

While I love receiving flowers, I don't expect them on the first date.
You're wise in dating women you already know. You stand a better chance of having a good and solid relationship that way. I do the same thing with men.

No women don't expect flower or much on the first time, because both are nervous so first date don't really count. The only time women expect flowers is on Valentine, maybe for there birthday,and as a unexpected surprise.

No, not on a first date. In most cases, you hardly know the woman, and when that's the case, she should be meeting you for the first time in public (not at her house), so there'd be no place to put the flowers anyway.
It's enough that both of you show up for a first date groomed, well-dressed, on time and on good behavior. You can make extra effort later on, when you're in a relationship.

Women wudnt mind not gettin it but it can be a plus point for u if u do ( if its the type she likes,u get 20pts ! ) lol . As much as a women say that she doesnt mind it,am sure deep inside, she appreciate it much.But perhaps u can try to see anythin she wud like besides flowers..that wud win u a couple more points.Cheers!

See, the whole point is that you give the woman you invited a small surprise (flowers), whether you know her or not.
Knowing someone is one thing, inviting them to a date is another thing.

Flowers aren't important, Plan a really great date where both of you can have fun. And get to know each other a little better.

I don't expect it. You don't even know if you and the person are going to hit it off. Normally the guy is paying for the date already. I wouldn't expect him to go spend more money on me not even knowing for sure that he is interested (or I am interested) in continuing to see eachother.
