There was an article about Jews and Sikhs in some major Jewish publication (the Jerusalem Report?) a while ago...
I can't remember much from the article, but I think it said that both Jews and Sikhs are monotheists, among other things.
EDIT: And both our males wear head-coverings of some sort.
