I'm 6 feet 165 pounds i currently go to the gym everyday except for sundays. i see a little definition in my arms and chest, but i want to see more. Are there any supplements besides whey or soy protein that helps one recieve better results when looking at the mirror?

Thanks

increasing definition comes with the reduction of body fat. you need to start counting calories so you know that you are getting sufficient nutrition for your goals. add in some interval training for cardio 2-3x a week to excite the metabolism

If you are 6' tall and weigh 165 pounds I would venture to guess you have almost no body fat, which is excellent.
What one likes to see in one's body and what the body is capable of becoming are two completely different things. The final size of your muscles are genetically pre-determined. The more you work out the stronger they will get, but that does not mean that they will get bigger in volume.
You may have two other effects going on, both good:

1) increase of the number of muscle fibers;

2) Increase in the strength of individual fibers.

No. 1) may increase your volume or may only increase the density of your muscles (they become heavier, stronger, but may not acquire more volume, so you will still be using the same T shirt and seeing the same body size in the mirror

No. 2) You will become stronger and stronger gradually, but again the muscle volume may remain the same.

Everything is dependent on genetics, you either have it or you don't. But the most important thing about working out is the tremendous impact it makes on your health in general. You are getting all these benefits already: improved immune systems, stronger bones, stronger muscles, better balance, better aerobic capacity etc..etc..

In conclusion: keep working out regardless of what you think you should look like. Do it for your own health, which is our most valuable asset.

Im about to start E-Bol from ThermoLife, I have heard nothing but good things about this and its non-hormonal. So that means you dont have to take anti-estrogens, testosterone boosters, etc... after you are done with your cycle. You do have to increase your protien intake and calorie intake tho. After reading other peoples logs while on this sup, they made gains of about 4lbs lean muscle mass at the end of the cycle. If that isnt what your looking for try looking up sups for cutting cycles either at

www.bodybuilding.com or www.nutraplanet.com(lowest prices)

Hope this helps, keep up the hard work, and dont take steroids!

p.s.- join the forum at www.anabolicminds.com to get better help with fitness. many people on there have an extensive knowledge of what works in the gym.

You should probably eat more.

Eat foods like Oatmeal, Nuts, Fruit, Fish, Chicken, Whole Wheat Bread, Natural Peanut Butter, Beans.

Stuff like that is loaded with nutrients that will help make your body build muscle.
