I have a dog skiperkee (rare from France) my dad was suposed to train her but he kept putting it off and now she is pooping in every room but my parents room!!

She needs to be housetrained. Schipperke dogs are from Belgium.
Here is a free book to download, there is info on housetraining.
Basically, take the puppy outside, go with the puppy, when the puppy potties outside, give the puppy a treat. Repeat. TAke the puppy out every hour and the puppy will learn.

If she's not taken out after she eats or drinks, she has to go somewhere. Don,t blame her.
