I don't know where you are, but please do go to the nearest emergency room at the nearest hospital. It sounds as though you could have some kind of injury that needs attention. It's impossible to tell you ANYTHING on the web.

When I get migranes that bad I take 2 ibuprofen and drink a cup of black coffee and usually in about 30 minutes to an hour I feel a lot better

Sounds like it could be a migraine specially if light hurts or you feel dizzy or sick.
