I have a Windows XP computer, and when I click on the start menu, the microsoft word icon is white, with a little window, with like 3 colors in it, and it wont open. So then I went to the program it self, and same little icon! All the other microsoft office things work (Powerpoint, excel, ect)

Plz Help

Try going to Macromedia and install the latest Flash plug-in.If that does not work try testing your java at http://www.bodo.com/javame.htm
