I have already seen two answers to questions on here, informing us that 500 poeple saw him after his supposed resurrection, maybe both answers were from the same person but....

Who else claims that anybody other than a few of Jesus's closest cohorts saw him at that time?

Oh and by the way, church people, read your freakin Bible.

The bible doesn't say that at all. I think they made that up.

There's nothing in Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, or the Acts that says many people saw Jesus then.

Bible people will cite verses, they will blow smoke, but the Bible makes no claim that 500 people saw him after he was supposed to come back to life.

Bible people, perhaps you can impress yourselves by citing verses. Oh hey, the one that Funky cited doesn't mean anything.

It is likely that Jesus was switched and swapped, and did not even get crucified and he appeared to a few after that, but kept a low profile; which may have been part of the deal.

1 Corinthians 15:6 Paul specifically says 500 people saw him; this includes people who witnessed him eat and interact. Paul also says many of these people were still living at the time of Paul's writing.

That number was supplied by people who do don't bother reading the Bible.

The great hallmark of the church people's fervent belief is their ignorance of the Bible.

Those who study the Bible thoroughly and continue to study it, are likely to overcome their belief unless they have other reasons for retaining it.

The Bible in its entirety is the best evidence for its falsity and the falsity of the Bible god.

That would be ST. Luke. He was a physician-Historian of the highest degree. When he documented an event, he talked to the eye-witnesses and recorded their stories. He left reference point after reference point in his documents. Archeology is proving him correct time and time again.

You have never read a Bible have you? Continuing...
11 disciples (Matthew 28:18-20)
Mary Magdalene (Mark 16:9, John 20:16)
Cleopas (Luke 24:18)
Village of Emmaus (Luke 24:28)
Anyone on the road to Bethany (Luke 24:50)
Saul (Acts 9:4-16)
Don't believe me read it yourself!
