Her temperature will drop right before whelping, so you can keep taking her temp if you like. She will seem restless or agitated, start panting and digging etc. Although some dogs have such easy deliveries she may not act to unusual at all. Temps always do go down though. Also if a low pressure system like rain or snow comes through and she is due to whelp that should bring it on. People tend to go into labor also with bad weather.

Got milk? Squeeze and see! Within a couple days she is able to hav milk squeezed. Is she digging and trying to make a bed? Get real intense the day before. Some mommies let you touch some don't. So you may be able to help clean them up if she don't or might not be able to. Try to get her to nurse them but will push them away when time for the next to arrive.

She'll get restless and start panting approximately 24 hours before she is due to give birth. However, this can last up to 48 hours.

well you can bring her to the vet? its usually 2 months from insemination, when her breathing starts getting hard and shes going to the bathroom every hour. its a sign that its coming. make her a cozy space in your room and watch her, she'll let you know!
good luck!
