If you like wearing your ring (I have a feeling you do), you might need to have it adjusted at the jewellery's. Unless it's really really loose, I would wait until summer though: see if it's still loose in hot weather; otherwise you might end up with a ring that's too tight. Also, I don't know if loosing weight was your goal or not, maybe you're going to put it back on, then your ring might again feel just right.. In the meantime, while you're deciding what to do it's probably best not to wear it for a while not to lose it accidentally. Or you might consider wearing it on a chain around your neck (remember 'Lord of the Rings'?) :-) Actually, I know a guy who does this, but it looks a little weird if you ask me..

I WOULD have it sized down. BUT what if you gained the weight again. KEEP the old one. GO to walmart, I saw some silver ones there 4 about $12 - 20 bucks. THAT cheaper then resizing. OR do what my friend did . he got some paper tape and wrapped the ring on the inside. IT FITS NOW. I THINK PAPER TAPE cost 2 bucks or so.

they have things you can put on the inside of ring to help make it a tighter fit go to the drug store or ask a jewler

My husband told me that I needed to have his ring resized... and we went to Zales and had it fixed. He is glad he has a ring to wear and wears it with pride.... because he loves me and is happily married!
