If you were to eat the following for breakfast,
Apples, fresh, 0.75 cup slices
Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
Cream of Wheat Cereal (Without Salt), you will have had 250 calories, 48 carbs, 1 gram of fat, and 12 grams protien.
If you were to add 1T of sugar to your cereal the would add 65 more calories and 17 more carbs.
Your body needs some fats you just have to limit the intake.

Or you could have 1/2 of a toasted english muffin (thomas's)with pat butter, A glass (8 oz) tropicana Life n Healthy oj, 1/2 cup 2 % milk on a cup of Post Raisin bran. This menu would give you 459 calories, 94 carns, 8 grams fat and 12 grams protien.

Your daily goal for a ahealthy adult is usually about (depending on body type) 1400 calories, 170- 225 carbs, 27 - 60 fat grams and 60 - 125 protien.

Well, there's fruit. But why are you trying to make yourself miserable? Maybe a better approach would to be to 'upgrade' what you have for breakfast: have whole grain cereal or toast. You can make a good breakfast with an egg, a whole wheat English muffin, a slice of Canadian bacon (much less fat than the regular kind), and a little grated cheese for flavor. Shredded wheat or other high fiber fare will help you feed "fed" until lunch - good way to keep you away from those pesky vending machines!

You need a good breakfast to start off your day and last until lunch time. It doesn't have to be high-fat & high-sugar, shouldn't be the same ol' thing every boring morning, and mustn't be skipped!

Making yourself 2 hard boiled eggs is very good for you. Everyone thinks eggs are bad but that are loaded with much needed proteins and are a very cheap meal.
