She is pinay(phillipino) she is the drill team leader but she is also smart ,kind,sweet,and beautiful. I knew her ever since 6th grade. We had classes together.

Say, Hi "Name", It's so cool that you like video games. If you have some free time this week, would you like to come over and hang out and play some video games?
This alllows her a way out if she doesn't want to; she can just say she doesn't have free time. It saves face for both of you.
If she says yes, then stay calm and just arrange a time. If she says no thanks or thanks but I don't really have any free time (whatever) stay calm and just tell her to give you a holla if she changes her mind.
Remember, to save face and to not make you feel bad she might later tell you that she can't make it because of something she forgot she had to do or because her parents said no. It's your job to stay calm and cool and act like the no is no big deal.
Good luck and don't act like it's a date if she says yes.

Continue spending time with her, but ask her if she would like to do something else sometime like go to a movie or on a picnic. You can have lots of fun getting to know each other better and exploring new interests.

mahal kita! say it, it means i love you. also, if i was you i would definetly get a friend to see if she likes you back because you don't want to get your feelings hurt. If like you said she is perfect, then ask her out. Be cool about it don't go about like "hey baby can i get your number" cause thats stupid. Wait by her locker, send her cute aim or text messages, hold her hand.

im going through the samething buddy. and this is what i did i talked to the guy over email and was like i need to tell you something and he was ok say anything ill listen. i told him and then he told me how he felt. you have to let that weight off your shoulders and just tell her. and if she laughs at you or doesnt feel the same at leats you told her and know she knows and you dont have to wonder any more

Ask her to hang out sometime that way she can really get to know you. After a few dates tell her how you feel. See what happenes. Thats all you can do.

well if you don't hang out already then next time you talk to her just be like "we should hang out sometime" take it from there. ALWAYS BE YOURSELF! start hanging out continuing mild flirting, then just tell her "i like you" the reasons why and what you want(friendship for a while, relationship) trust me those kind of girls like things given to them straight, for a guy to just come out and say what he thinks!

Compliment her from time to time (about how smart she is, how cute she is, etc.) and ask her out to a movie some time.
