and if so why dont people have heart attacks from drinks such as sparks tilt etc.

I hear they are bad for you because the alcohol is a depressant and the red bull is an upper, but I've had plenty in one night and had no problems.

Like everything fun, moderation is key.
Enough red bull and it can cause heart palpitations.
Before red bull came out, I used No Doze while drinking.
It seemed to keep me a little straighter while enjoying the buzz.
And yeah, people can have a heart attack from it if they do too much(drink).

You can drink Vodka as long it is in moderation and it is the purest alcoholic drink there is . red bull will raise your blood pressure .

Neither one of them alone are good for you but vodka slows you down and redbull speeds you up...its bad for your heart. Stick with OJ

it isn't bad for you grape vodka and red bull is my **** i drink it every week and i haven't died yet

its concentrated caffine, so if you have an unstable heart, yeah it could be dangerous, but I think that it would take a LOT of abuse...
