i think you should tell him your intentions cause he might be upset and feel embarass about you looking for a date for him, take him to a place where you know there might be some single ladies out there and start introduceing him to some single girls in the place, but make sure he feels comfortable about your setting him up and dont rush him or force him to do something hes not ready to do

Well, the best way to fnd a girl now and days is trhought My Space, just take some picures and make him a MySpace, when you find a girl that seems sutible for your friend tell him what you did and he'll be glad you did it and hook him up with that fine lMySpace lady friend :-P
