im 5ft 8in thin have some nice curves. 16 years old love to laugh always having a good time but every guy i meet only wants to be friends what is upwith me. i have had many opertunities to become a model and they are always telling me how hot i look what is my problem

If you are as attractive as you describe yourself, then it is time to do a personality check.Some guys may see you as "stuck up".When I was dating I stayed away from girls who put out the persona of "Im all that and a bag of chips... plus a drink and a candy bar with change to spare!"The man who dates me will worship the ground I walk on and one small offence and I will let him know he can be replaced by the millions of men waiting on my doorstep just waiting and hoping for a chance.Then theres the gold diggers.My boyfirend will drive the latest model ford mustang and he will buy me one of my own, I want a red convertible etc.....Theres also character issues.For instance he may have heard a girl say"well I showed him, I told him if he didnt want to buy me a mustang then we were through and he got smart with me and saiid ok.So at 65 miles an hr going down the highway I kicked out his windsheild!" What kind of person are you really?Self honesty will get you further than denial anyday.It is true some guys are timid and shy and feel they have no chance with a hot girl unless they think they are holloywood material theirselves.Ask your family and friends to make a list of your positive points and negative points and be willing to ask yourself "am I really like that?" and to be willing to admit it if you really are and to change.

Sounds like your a nice person. Don't worry about things like this at your age. You're lucky that you can have guy and girl friends with out strings attached. I bet you're so pretty guys are intimidated by you. Don't rush things, in due time, you'll meet a nice guy and you'll be really happy. Just hang in there and take life one day at a time. You aren't the problem. It's the boys and their age.

Many guys may find you unapproachable due to your looks. They may think that you are either stuck on yourself or that you wouldn't consider being more than a friend because you are probably too good for them anyway. Guys also aren't brilliant enough to be mind readers, try making the first move yourself once in awhile and ask them if they are would be interested in doing something sometime.

you may be intimidating to the guys you like... some people are afraid to be with someone who is pretty or beautiful because then they feel less goodlooking themselves... thats the only thing i can think of that makes sense unless you really are just an awesome person to be friends with. i will tell you this though, my husband told me once that no guy just wants to be friends... if they hang withyou they like you so don't take offence to the fact they are telling you they just want to be friends... give them time they will show you... and be careful alot of guys just want some of ur goods... lol you're young still you have plenty of times for guys, maybe a friend is all you need... fullfill your dreams... good luck

If you're as hot as you say you are, maybe its a little intimidating for the guys around you. But you don't want a guy that's intimidating by looks anyway. Find a more confident man.

It doesn't matter how "gorgeous" you are, if your personality sucks (laughter isn't really a strong personality trait), than no guy would see you as girlfriend material. You may need an attitude adjustment, you sound caught up in your looks (and retarded spelling), guys like the whole package.

When they tell you that you look hot what do you do? Maybe they're intimidated by your beauty. Next time say " so are you". Take the first step, ask one to hang out sometime. Good luck.

beauty is not the only thing you got to have brains no one wants a stupid tramp who can't tell what is 2+2. I am not saying i would have a but ugly girl but is smart as a girlfiend you just got to lvl i out a bit?
