You need to call a few florists in your area maybe even visit them in person to find out what there rates are some florists are even willing to negotiate prices with you. Good luck

Cost is going to depend on the flowers you choose and the florist also. The most expensive part of flowers is the labor that goes into them. I fell in love with a bouquet that was going to cost $220 through a florist. I can get the ribbon, ties, and flowers for it for $80 so I am going to do it myself. Check out some flower wholesalers.
I found flowerstogo.com and they have been very helpful wiht all of my questions.

Also this ProFlowers company has been wonderful. I actually had planned on using them for their wedding packages but they do not offer them in the flower type I would like. They had a lot of great ideas even after they knew I couldn't use them. :)

Hope this helps!! Good luck and best wishes!

Not much....about whatever you want to pay....your bouquet....maybe $50 or on up, and the bridesmaid's $25?...just a guess because you can make them smaller or larger and petals are almost free. .. but have you thought about flowers at the front of the church, boutinierres for the groom, pastor, and his best man.....and corsages for the mothers? Some things are almost necessary....and bows for the pews? You can make them yourself....5 yds per bow.....or get someone to make them for you.....

The bouquets depend most of what flowers you choose....roses are more expensive....carnations are not....etc. Ask the florist for ideas. Some florists have an inexpensive wedding "package" which doesn't run much, but takes care of the essentials....check it out. They will talk to you for free.

call around and find out prices, another idea, if you know anyone that has ever worked in a florist ask them to help make them, it will save you money.
we are doing that for the centerpeices and all the decorations for the hall, my sis in law and his aunt both work in florists when they were younger

Try making your own out of fake flowers if you want cheap. plus you can save them and don't have to pay for them to be preserved.
