I'm about 5'7, my mom is 5'8 and my dad is 5'8 and more, my brother is 6'4.
I started of about 3 months ago being 5'4 now I grew about full 3 inches, I think it's beacuse I've been running on the track alot, stretching, eating broccoli, drinking milk, taking vitamins, and getting 8hrs of sleep. I want to become 5'9 before the summer, If I continue what I did, will I grow 2 more inches.

If you've already gotten your period, you'll stop growing.
If not, you'll keep growing, and then after you get it, you'll only grow a tiny bit more.

The hormones that make you grow stop coming after your period, that's why.
(By the way - broccoli doesn't really help you grow. You can eat tastier vegetables instead) =)

The milk, vitamins, and sleep are great though - keep at it! If you take additional calcium supplements and get lots of sun (sun makes your body naturally produce vitamin D) that'll help too!

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL3uY , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

you would usually stop growing 2-3 years after starting your periods, and esp if your growth plates have already fused. each long bone in your body has growth plates. until they're fused, you keep growing. you can get xrays done and ask your doctor if they have been fused or not and he can tell you. most probably you MAY at the most grow an inch or so only because you've grown a lot in the past 3 months and you have tall parents. but since you want to go into a career that depends a lot on height, just get the xray done to make sure =) hope this helped hun!

The answer depends on how old you are. I am 6' 5" and stopped growing around the age of 18.

If you want to know about how tall you'll be, look to your family. Ask your mom when she stopped growing, or if your father's mother is/was tall, ask her.

No matter what you eat or do, you can't make yourself grow faster, it's entirely up to genes. A good diet and excercise will only support your natural growth process, not enhance it.

well, it depends on your age. it sounds like you're still in high school and that you just went through a pretty hefty growth spurt, so you might continue growing.

just keep eating well and exercising, you seem pretty healthy, so keep it up -- even if you don't grow anymore :)

not necasarily, it unlikely your growth is due to your lifestyle, its dictated by your genes, and although poor health can stunt growth, slight changes like that make very little diference. keep up your healthy lifestyle, but dont count on growing taller.
