I have chronic sinusitus and usually I don't get too sick with them but this time I was in bed for 7 days. Today is the first day I'm feeling much better.. when can I start working out at the gym? I'm still on antiobiotics and I know they can lower your immune system and the gym can be full of germs. I just don't want to get sick again but I hate not working out!

Do your workouts at home using your bodyweight for a couple of weeks. Yes the gym is full of germs which can affect you poorly due to the antibiotics, but at the same time, your germs can be at a high level, which can ultimatly make someone else in that gym sick. Do things like yoga, pilates, body weight exercises, etc. until you are feeling completly normal again. Just stay very hydrated and you will be in the gym in no time without having to worry about getting sick again.

Do what you feel like. Don't rush back into a full workout and become fatigued. Work yourself back up to your normal routines.
