Any fruits or vegetables. The darker in color they are, the better! For example, an iceberg cabbage doesn't have as many nutrients as some brocolli. Strawberries, blueberries, bananas, raspberries, they are all fantastic! Be sure to drink 8+ glasses of water too. Tea is also great, especially green tea. To get the full effecs of the antioxidents, avoid junk food and sweets, because that won't do any good to your skin. Good luck, and congragulations on planning for a healthier lifestyle!

Green Tea has the most antioxidents of anything I have heard of, also regular tea has quite a few. Do a web search on this, and I am sure you will find lots of things that are antioxident rich.
