No its not possible because freezing the meat keeps it at really low temperatres and in order for anymore bacteria to grow it must be in a warm place. So aslong as you thoroughly cook it after you defrost it then you will be fine.

Obviously if its been frozen for yeard then throw it away, But a few weeks/months is fine.

food generally stays good when it's frozen. The act of freezing the food stops bacterial growth as long as it stays under a certain temp (cant remember what that temp is sorry)... what gives you the food poisoning is BEFORE your food is frozen... the bacteria grows and then ... ugggggghhhhh that's when you feel sick

It depends on what the food is..Nothing should be re-frozen unless it's been cooked first..i've had meals i've made myself and frozen, left for quite a while,no problem..Some things must be thoroughly defrosted before cooking and failure to do this can cause problems !!

Salmonella organisms are killed by cooking so if you get frozen chicken out of your freezer and do not cook it properly the answer is YES. also if you have something frozen and take it out and let it thaw then put it back to deep frozen you could also get salmonella poisoning.
