No they don't, even the federal government doesn't have everyone's fingerprints. For example, if you have NEVER been in the military, or had a job which required a thorough background check with fingerprints, never applied for a license/permit which requires printing, then your fingerprints are NOT on anyone's database.

If you have never broken the law or been in jail, your fingersprints is not in the database. But once you get into trouble with the law, your fingerprints will be in the database forever.

Not unless you've given your fingerprints to them. I mean, most hospitals will make footprints and maybe handprints when someone is first born, but even then your fingerprint will grow and expand. Thusly making it harder to identify you using the old prints.

I don't think we've made it to the age where people are scanning EVERYTHING we touch in order to assemble a worldwide database in which to keep tabs on every living being on the planet. Not yet at least.

If you've submitted your finger prints to a law enforcement agency, then yes, they have your fingerprints. Many public employees have to be fingerprinted, so you don't necessarily have to have been arrested for your fingerprints to be on file.

No, but in some professions they require you to register your finger prints with the state authoritys. If you've never registered your fingerprints and never been arrested, they probably don't have your prints

the only way to have finger prints is if you have been printed for any reason. getting arrested and printed, your prints are in the national data base. i had my child fingerprinted when he was little, in the event he was ever taken, he could be identifieed at some point.

No, but if you ever need to be printed for something your prints will go into a data base. People who hold certain professional licenses need to be printed. Certain occupations need prints as well.
