No, it has nothing to do with you, it is a physical malfunction and he needs to see a doctor; there is help for that condition and there is nothing you can do.

This is a very complicated question. Has been studied by experts for many years. So you are not the first to experience this. It is obvious that he has psychological problem, I doubt very much if it is physical. You did not say how old you are or he is. But if you are old enough then he needs to visit a urologist to rule out physical reasons. If not physical then you should consult an expert. Do you have a university operated hospital nearby? Odds are there is a true expert there who has heard it all before and has some insight into th problem and a solution. I suspect the anwer will not be as complicated as you might think. Something like need to remove some issue that has been with him for awhile.

- Medical condition, and he should go to a doctor.
- He is not really interested in you.
