Morningstar. Better than Boca and less expensive. I've tried tons of homemade vegi-burger recipes and I just can't seem to get the taste and texture I'm looking for. No use eating it if you don't like the taste, right?.

take tofu, nuts, ground flax seed and a few kinds of veggies, not too many veggies or it wont work add a bit of flour or ground oats some curry or your favorite spices, blend till very smooth, add more dry stuff(flour or oats just a bit) roll into balls, put oil in a fry pan, drop ball in and press into a pattie, I make these when I clean my fridge at the end of the week but even if you only put in a half an onion and some garlic instead of other veggies there really good and simple!
