well, i got a crown when i was 7 years old, i am now 16, and recently i noticed that the gum surrounding the cornw started getting sensible but i blew it off, i mean like it was watever, but it's already been 3 days that i noticed that all the gum surrounding this crown is severely swollen and its two gum bumps like pulling away from the crown....

i dunno but im really scared n like i want to see if anyone knows what is is before i tell my mother or go to a denitist myself...

please let me know what it is or what i can do...!! it is urgent!!

The tissue is growing too large for the crown, it's very common. It happens alot with teen crowns and with braces. Easy fix so don't be freaked out by it. But you have to tell your mom and have to get it fixed as soon as possible. It will only get worse and more uncomfortable. The doc will either make you a new crown or remove some of the tissue growing. (Which is easy, like clipping cuticles) You gotta remember you got the crown put on when you were a little kid with little teeth and mouth. Your teeth, jaw, tissue, and gums are growing along with the rest of you.

You really need to get into the dentist even if you have to go in under a emergency, Because it sounds like you have a abscess the doctor will give you anti-biotic to get rid of the abscess then treat the problem the dentist will take a x ray if you act tomorrow you will be fine if you let it go it will get painful. Try a waterpic. Food trapped between teeth or below the gumline can cause this.

Don't ask strangers online what to do talk to your mom .......and go see a dentist....
