You sure are preoccupied with getting the US out of the middle east. We feel the same way too, only because there isn't much in the middle east worth fighting for.
Hey stupid, it doesn't happen to anyone. If minorities are the one's dumb enough to take this shiit, than I'm not going to care about them, but then again, I don't care about crackers who use this shiit, either. Does that make me a bigot ? I think not !
The crime thing in the US isn't any bigger than other parts of the world, it's just that it gets reported here, unlike other parts of the world ! Next dumb shiit question.

As long as the CIA depends on the financing they receive from "the Drug Trade" , there will always be plenty. The war on drugs is a farce, In Afghanistan, prior to the US invasion the Taliban had virtually destroyed the Poppy production to abide with their agreement with the UN. After the US invasion the Opium production is up over the 2000 level. Have we forgotten the IRAN/Contra scadal of a few years ago already. The so-called war on terror will last until every drop of oil is out of the middle east and not before. Keep the people frightened and the government can do what ever it wants. Do most people check on the Iraq War Saga on a daily basis or do they check " This Week in War" on CNN , once a week. It has become the new soap for most Americans. Put it on the list with the Football Games, & American Idol. The real tragedy is that so many Americans are dying and being maimed to keep certain Carpet Baggers like Bush ,Cheney, Haliburton et al in the money. Sorry for the rant, as I truly feel sorry for all those who have lost someone or for others who have been physically or mentally hurt by this.

Well, most Americans would rightfully object to a militia here, as you are suggesting.
Americans are not dying from terrorism because we are doing something about it. Saying that we should not do anything because we are successfully protecting ourselves is completely illogical.
That aside....there is a terrible drug and crime problem here. Really it is one problem, drugs, the crime is a side effect of the drug issues.
Using the military to deal with drug crimes would likely run into some heavy constitutional objections. Americans should think about better providing for the local police departments and better enforcement.
Deporting the illegals after they are released from prison seems like the most cost effective method to have a huge impact on American drug culture.

The problem with the war on drugs is that it creates some of the drug problem.
Because it was too risky so smuggle skids of Marijuana into the country, smugglers started smuggling in Kilos of cocaine
But cocaine may not have been as popular if they just let them ship in the pot.

The war on drugs is a big farce.. Drug use is higher than ever before, and drugs are cheaper than ever before. It's just another way to funnel taxes out of your pockets and into theirs.
