Porrige made with skimmed or semi-skimmed milk - you can add sliced fruit and/or a spoonful of honey - full of fibre, helps to lower cholestrol and is filling - also keeps hunger pangs at bay until lunchtime.

I always count on two weetabix with a chopped banana and plenty of milk. That usually fills me up until lunchtime. I find the more sugary cereals give me a sugar high and then I'm starving by 10am.

apricot bites are lovely and filling and taste yummy. Im sure they are by kellogs They have fibre and they arent coated in sugar, so you won't be starving an hour later! Yes porridge is great too, and you can get it in little individual microwave sachets now.
