If it is breast cancer (hopefully not) could my hair fall out (no signs) i saw a movie about a 20 year old that got it on life time and had to get one of her breasts took off, i don't want that to happen!

This is just a sign of growing breast tissue.

If you can feel a definite lump, go to the doctor. They can send you for and ultrasound to be safe.

Breast cancer???? Extremely unlikely, but there are other things that are more common at your young age.

The most common is a fibradenoma, which is a fibrous tumor, completely non-cancerous.

The only way to be sure is to see the doc....ok..tell your Mom

Yes, an 11 year old can have breast cancer in rare situations, but it wouldn't show up as a sudden purple bump. It could be many other things - bruise, cyst, etc or something completely normal due to hormones. Go see your pediatrician to have him or her take a look at it.

Yes an 11 year old can get breast cancer. Even men can get breast cancer.

A purple bump could be just an area with more extensive veins developing as you are going through many changes. Talk to you mother about it and ask to go to the doctor.

I think it is very very unlikely to be cancer but I am sorry I don't know what it could be, you should be able to see a doctor at least where I live without anyone finding out you have been there.

Cancer knows no age. Glad you are getting it checked out. I hope it turns out to be nothing.
