I get this watery substance in my belly button every once and awhile. usually when Im at work and move around alot. I looks like puss and smells like death. I wash it regularly and I put anti bactirial cream but it always comes back.

COULD BE YEAST INFECTION INSIDE THERE , WASH IT OUT VERY GOOD AND THEN APPLY ANTIFUNGAL CREAM

It just sweat! it stinks because your belly button is a dark humid place an dead skincells gather in it along with lint hair and other stuff, forming bacteria, if you just wash it when you shower, it should be fine but the more you wash it the more it will sweat and stink, so get used to it every bodies belly button does that its normal! just ignore it because the more you play with it the worst it will get!

TRY TO KEEP IT CLEAN AND DRY. MAYBE SOME OF THAT FOOT POWDER WOULD WORK.
