It could have sense:
sie grüßen Sie (Herr) Hitler = they greet you (Mr) Hitler

Maybe you mean : Grussen Sie Hitler

and also obviously the "u" is really an umlaut with two dots on it, right?

doesn't make sense unless its misspelled ("Sie" perhaps?)
