You CAN fall in love anytime, but that doesn't mean you WILL. If you do fall in love, the object of your affection may or may not love you back. If he/she does and you're both marriage-minded, then no problem.

Are you perhaps asking how you might go about finding the one you're meant to go through life with? Have you considered trying a service like eHarmony? Or place a free personal ad on CraigsList. Don't expect the first person you meet this way to be the one. He or she might be, but you'll probably have to meet a few people this way before you click with someone.

Don't like Internet dating? Take a college class, be active in your church or join a local group that participates in something that you enjoy like hiking or crafts or whatever. Even if you don't meet someone this way, you'll enjoy yourself and you'll likely meet some good platonic friends.

My experience is that love tends to happen when you're not actively seeking it, so kick back, have fun and don't worry about it.
