Most experts say to wait at least three months. Give yourself some time to recover from the miscarriage - emotionally and physically.
If you feel ready now, and your doctor says it's okay, then there's no reason why you shouldn't start trying right away... but be warned, you will most likely suffer from severe anxiety...
From my own experience:
Five years after my thrid miscarriage, and 13 weeks into my fourth pregnancy, I still check the toilet paper for blood every time I go to the loo, or get stressed out when I feel the slightest twinge.
Take it easy, recover completely, make sure you are ready and only then should you try again.
Good luck to you...

I also had a miscarriage(in December) and am now pregnant again. We waited until I had my period in January, then started trying again. I got pregnant again in February. I'm now almost 6 weeks and have my first doctors appt. on March 14th. Everything seems to be progressing normally with all the regular symptoms and everything. So I don't see why it would hurt to go ahead and try again as long as you feel up to it. Listen to your body. It will tell you when you're ready to start trying.

I have had 1 miscarriage and two stillbirths... it is a personal choice on how long you wish to wait afterwards... after my first loss (miscarriage) I only waited about a month. I carried that baby to 23.5 weeks gestation and he passed away, I got pregnant again three years later and lost her at 20 weeks gestation... I am pregnant again after six long years and all seems to be well. Don't get pregnant again just to fill a void, do it because you are ready.

I would wait a few months, i know its really easy right after a miscarriage to get pregnant again, but i would personally wait a few months at least. . . Because your body has just gone through something tramatic, give it some time :)
good luck ♥

It is completely fine to begin trying right away *especially* since your doctor told you that it is okay. He/she knows about your specific health situation & needs and what happened with the mc. I found this website which might help you to decide. It says that you are physically fine to begin trying again once your period returns but that some drs suggest that you wait so that you're emotionally prepared and healed but it is not unhealthy to try soon.

This site says that women are "primed" for pregnancy right after a miscarriage so if you had trouble conceiving as well you may want to try sooner to ensure another pregnancy.

It depends on how long you were pregnant. If the doctor said it is ok, go for it. I assume the miscarriage happend because something was wrong with the baby and not you. If you are in good health, there is no reason not to try again.
Good Luck! Wish you the best!

If a medical professional have told you it is okay, why would you ask the general public a medical question? Get real, if you want a car fixed you go to a mechanic, medical questions are for medical professionals. I was a nurse for 38 years and I would refer you to a physician. I don't have a crystal ball and neither does anyone else in this forum.
