it is normal yellow when he urinates, but there is this other discharge that he says "squirts" that is reddish/brown. He has no pain when urinating or other symtoms.

This is not normal. Good idea to have it checked out by a doctor. May have an urinary tract infection or bleeding in his testicles.

I suggest you see a doctor for an examination. The only thing that should happen is the occurence of wet dreams during sleep result in discharge of seminal fluid. What you describe is not normal. It could just be indicative of an infection of some type so don't worry about it until there is something to worry about. Hope this helps.

No; it's not normal. However, sexuality is a sensitive topic. Be calm & reassuring as you discuss it with him. Ask him if it only happened once, or has it happened a few times?
I have had blood come out years ago, (brownish colored), & I had a urinary tract infection which cleared up with antibiotics.
EDIT
Ask him not to flush the toilet the next time this happens, so you can see what he's talking about.
