My secret is attitude. Do what you can about a problem. If you have done all that is possible for you to do. The rest will take care of itself. Dont worry about things. 90% of the things we worry about never happen any way. Stress is handled the same way. There is a certain amount of stress you can control if you want to. Then there is the stress you have no control over. Caused by outside influences. If you can attain that you have half the battle won

I have found the natural relaxation by learning breathing technics with meditation and accupuncture are very unique ways. many people frown upon these things, but if you put your mind and soul into it and take it one day at a time you will find that balance that you are looking for; I promise. It worked for me, I discovered just recently that I have a muscle disorder and I thought they we're crazy, but I was wrong and it worked for me! Hopefully it will for you.
