I'm sure you don't wanna hear that you shouldn't be eating McDonald's at all, I know I love some of their fries every now and then, but narrow down your McDonald's intake to maybe less than once a week if possible. You should be eating "clean" food, esp for breakfast.
FYI, 20 different cows are comprised of 1 meat patty (if you're eating those sausage Mcmuffins or hamburgers)

Well zero is the best answer but that sort of depends on how much you value your health. If bloating to blimp size, having a heart attack before thirty or having the immune system of a squirrel on Meths just tickles your fancy then gobble the nosh every day, and let God sort out the rest! Otherwise maybe consider a nice bowl of cornflakes once in a while.

None! Its full of toxic preservatives and chemicals, it has loads of fat and sodium, and it cost money. Eat a healthy piece of fruit, or bagel with cream cheese, or nice oatmeal with berries. Have you ever gone to McDonalds website and read the list of ingredients? Yuck. You would be ingesting something like 300 chemicals, preservatives, and dyes (made from crushed red cochlear beatles) in one breakfast sandwich.

It all depends on what you are having and your own metabolism. I could get away with eating McDonalds for all three meals every day but others with a slower metabolism or unable to process the excess fat could not.

Same as lunch or dinner -- NONE! Until they get healthier food there, avoid it. Do yourself a favor -- make your own breakfast at home. It's healthier, if you plan it that way, and much less expensive.

depends on what you are eating.
mickey d's have pretty good breakfast's and since that is our most important meal of the day, I don't think it would hurt to eat it several times a week.
