I would say yes.........most insurance policies allow for anyone driving the car.
I would, however, check with the insurance company.

As long as you have her permision and a valid drivers license then normally yes you can & will be covered under her policy. Unless you have been specifically excluded as a driver from her policy, in which case were something to happen the insurance company would not be liable for anything that happens.

Only if she adds you to the policy as a driver, otherwise, she needs to put an exclusion on the policy to protect her rights/responsibilities if you should take the vehicle without permission.

yes but coverage depends on the carrier, if it covers family (on the policy or not)
