You cannot make that assumption because you havent spoken to him and only had looks. Sounds like you may have a chip about white people and not every one is the same , so before you tar them with such a brutal brush hows about talking to him , and finding out in a decent way.

if his problem is that you are indian then he needs a very hard slap in the teeth. so if you ask him and thats his excuse then you really REALLY dont want involved with him.
but id also add that assuming someone to be a racist is exactly the same sort of discrimination as racism. so dont do it because if someone made those assumptions about me there would be no way id have anything to do with them.
also, he might just be shy. asking girls out can be scary.

You are jumping to conclusions, why do you think his parents are rasict? just because he hasnt asked you out yet? thats a bit sad really if you think that.
I hate it when people from other cultures accuse others for being racist just becaue they didnt get the response they wanted.

his parents are not him if they aare racist then they are doesnt mean that he will give a **** what they think because if he like you he likes you full stop .maybe hes thinking the same thing you are that your parents might be racist to him because hes white.it could be any number of reasons all you can do is go and ask him out he just might be shy. good luck

thats just to bad if thats the fact. im a white guy and i think darker the meat the sweeter the treat lol but really i would just go for it and go to him he might just be shy

staring contest. You can't get to know someone just by looking.

If he really likes you that much he might have it in his mind that it would cause a lot of problems between you and your family.

you can just surmise someone is racist without proof, maybe he doesn't like you?and your just reading the signs wrong?
he could just be looking no harm in looking is there.if he liked you he would ask you out, or he could be shy
