Criminals have more rights than honest people because liberals operate under the delusion that all human lives are of equivalent value, regardless of the crimes and harm they have committed against innocent people.
Liberals operate under this delusion because they have distorted values, and view the world through silly idealistic eyes instead of realistic ones. If there were a natural disaster and the walls of the prison got knocked down and then the national guard came in with food to save the townsfolk, I would say round up all the people in prison clothes and send them to the back of the damned line and they'll get food ONLY IF ALL of the GOOD people got some first. Liberals would say, No, you have to treat them like equal human beings.
No way.
We even have states that give an AUTOMATIC APPEAL to those sentenced to death! There doesn't have to even be a suggestion that something about the trial was not right. It's like an automatic second-guessing of everything that went on to arrive at a guilty verdict. Well, why don't we then have to appeal the APPEAL? I mean, if the appeal process is the one that arrives at the "correct" conclusion, why not just use THAT process in place of the FIRST trial?
Michael W., the 3-strikes law is not at fault. Clearly, you're one of the idiot liberals who blame the laws for the fact that people break them and then whoops!--find themselves in jail! Gee whiz, I wonder how that happened?
How flippin' hard do you really think it is to NOT commit crimes, so that you DON'T get arrested?! If you can't figure out how to obey the law and remain out of jail after your FIRST arrest, and then your SECOND arrest, you friggin' DESERVE to go away for 25-life for the third one. You've proven by then that you are just a cancer in society.

Capital punishment shouldn't in simple terms be reinstated in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it must additionally be made public. probable no longer as interior the 18th century the place the streets around the gallows of tyburn have been corresponding to a honest day however the relatives of the sufferer could desire to they decide directly to witness it is going to likely be allowed to work out justice finished. To strengthen slightly on the question. the thought of corporal punishment must additionally be seen. the belief of ASBO's replaced into to quit the yob lifestyle that has pervaded our society yet those have had no effect and are worn as a badge of honour among the puzzling center criminals. the thought that punishment could desire to break is a common subject so convey back the birch and make punishment a deterrent as quickly as back. additionally Prisons should not be the delicate decision that they look. Prisons are meant to be places of punishment so why are prisoners allowed play stations and get right of entry to to computers and tv. if the prisons are seen as uncomplicated time then there is no worry for those human beings to re offend. I say build extra prisons and impose harsh and setting up sentences for all crimes, petty and intense. the development of prisons could additionally help the economic gadget with the help of arising jobs the two interior the constuction industry and the reformatory service.

The answer is simple. It is because we live in a country full of bleeding heart liberals. Had the punishment for crimes be more severe and prompt, our crime rate would decrease. Don't look for that to happen though.

maybe it because of the unfair laws that land young men in prison for long amounts of time for small crimes like the 3 strikes law.and furthermore they don't have more rights they have strict restrictions on every part of their day. in some cases prisons have become businesses that use cheap prison labor to make more profits e.g working for 12 cents a day or paying someone 10 dollars an hour

If a person takes a life he should lose his life. Too many people are in there for things they didn't do.
