If her spay took place a month ago, the wound should be healed. Some cats develop sensitivity to any abdominal wounds, however small they are. There could also be some scar tissue forming that is causing her discomfort. Perhaps a piece of proud flesh even. Check to see if there is any sign of redness or irritation (like a puss pocket). Hold the cat firmly by the nap of the neck so she can't bite you and look closely at the area of concern. The less pressing, the better, but you can lightly touch (palpate) to see if you feel any unusual "lumpiness". Also you can take her temperature with a rectal thermometer. Low grade temps can be indication of an infection. Only a vet can make the diagnosis.

Eyes dialate upon various lighting situations. The less light, the more dialation. Although eyes can dialate with pain or other physical factors.

The laziness comes with the territory of being freshly spayed. Like human females, certain changes have been made to the female organs and thus metabolic changes do occur. She should snap out of it in time all things being physically ok with her. Have her checked out and ask your vet about B-12 shots. You may also expect weight gain now that she is "fixed".

She is healing. Leave her alone. Dilation is a result of how much light is in the room.
Leave her be, give her food/water/litter access and call the vet tomorrow.
