I go to the Y 4 or 5 days a week, and do 30-45 minutes on a crosstrainer, and am really being conscious of what I eat. Any other tips are appreciated!

From what it sounds like you are on top of your health and are trying to lose those stubborn few pounds. My suggestion would be to try a thermogenic fatburner such as Lipo-6 which has shown to have great results for some female friends of mine. I normally don't recommend people use them unless they have looked at their own habits. You sound like you have been doing the right things. Keep in mind, your body does not want to get rid of those last few pounds so that is where a fat-burner can help. Another option is to do a whole body cleanse. Two of my friends have reported loss of a couple inches from their waists as well as feeling great afterwards. Not too many people are keen on cleansing but it is the very best thing you can do for yourself. Hope these tips help. Good Luck.

Push aways first (away from the table) I used to do crunches and sit ups on a 45 degree slant board with a twisting movement 3 days a week at the YMCA.,and I had a 28 inch waist and 42 inch chest.
