Be careful my advice is a little bit loud, and people might think you went nuts.
Enter to your room close the door, put loud music, take a pillow hold it at the corners each hand each corner, hold it above your head, legs shoulders wide apart, bend you knees slightly, stretch out, and then hit the bed, you don't have to use much strong, be like a spring, that was stretched and got lose, start slowly with a rhythm, and then go chaotic, do about 20 hits. While hitting the bed with the pillow scream loudly NOOOOOOOO!!!!!! NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! …………….
Another option or if it wasn't enough is to sit on the bed or a mattress, on your knees make fists (don't forget thumbs out), and then hit the pillow with your fists and scream NOOOOOOO!!! NOOOOOOO!!! With free association, what ever come into your mind without thinking without censor, just scream it, when you have no words go back and scream NOOOOOOO!!! Till something else come into your mind do it for about ten fifteen minute just don’t do breaks keep on screaming.
* Don't forget to breath deeply while doing this exercise, breath to your belly.
Whatever feeling coming express them, let them be, if you feel like crying so cry if you want to laugh so laugh, if you feel sad be sad, whatever it is feel it and enjoy it (even if it's sadness), except it. The feeling might change from one to other; it's OK, flow with it.
Make a CD with Happy music, funny music, just listen to it or even better dance to it, but do it a free dance with funny movements make them as stupid as possible – this you can do also with friends – A friend of mine named this dance after me she call it "Giljieff Movements" – don't forget to tell your friends if you do it with them :-).
Another good way is to use hypnosis record this one is especially for releasing anger

Most problems pass on by. Example: If you have a broken arm the arm will heal,and get better. I have never know any situation to stay the same.

Talking to people is ok. its ok to ***** and moan to our friends, thats what girls do. maybe you should look into meds that you are taking. maybe that is for the sudden change in moods. i know when im on birth control im a crazy ***** or anytime im weaning off an ssri i get pretty crazy too. maybe whenever you feel shitty and want to freak out exercise. release it that way.

when you start to feel like that take several deep breaths before you speak and try and tell yourself that you don't want to and are no longer going to behave like that ..... you and your bf deserve better than that and unless you are going to go to counseling that is about all that you can do.
