please don`t send me ones that involve the use of animals or that will hurt anybody. also the pranks you send can`t be ones that will get us arrested and must be possible for 2 junior high girls to pull off.

Well a small prank would be you could probably use a cake, then when your at the table, one of you offer to take a picture, while the other one sits next to the birthday girl, after that right before she takes the picture, the one sitting next to her could dump her head in the cake.!

Oh course the candles that will not go out are always good.
You could shape the cake into something interesting like broccoli and make some green icing

Throw a really great and fun birthday bash, and when they time for cake comes, give the birthday girl an EXTREMELY small piece of cake, and then give everyone else bigger portions. Then, maybe like 5 minutes later, give her a bigger piece so she doesn't get :(
Or, you could do a pinata... Make it really easy to break and fill it with rubber spiders...! That'll give her a scare! ;D
