im dating this guy and he talks to this girl alot but he said there only friends what should i do?

I think you should make friends with the girl too, and as you chat with her, try to feel her out and see what she's doing.
They might just be very good friends and you're just thinking way too much. But if she's constantly flirting and touching him, then you know she might be competing with you for his affection.
There's no point observing them from afar and seething alone. Keep your friends close, but your (potential) enemies closer. Do something if you really like this guy. But don't accuse her of anything until you have solid evidence, remain calm and collected always.

Just trust him that is nothing there. If you have your suspensions go on a double date with your guy and you with his girl he is talking too and her partner and see how they act around each other.

If he was cheating, he would have probably broke it off with you. But, don't jump to conclusions just because he talks to another girl, hes liable to break up with you because he may think that you don't trust him.

Investigate a bit more but dont get too pushy and nosy. If he says just friends, believe him. Have faith in your bf.
