76 calories. I find that hard boiled eggs are really filling and great for a diet. Even better if you throw out the yolk and just eat the white. Most of the calories are in the yolk.

BUT eggs only have 1.6 gr of saturated fats (aka bad fats), which is around 15 calories. If you eat eggs from grass-fed hens they have much more omega3s.
