I can see there are already some "constructive" answers.

I would suggest you get a whistle and blow it down around the skirting of the mobile home on a regular basis. Cats do not like shrill noises. Neither will your neighbors in the dead of night. You can also throw a ton of moth balls under the home and the smell alone tends to drive them out. No they won't eat them.

There are also commercial products you can buy that tend to drive cats away. Lion dung is one such product. Pretty powerful odor that deters other critters. The odor does not rise up and permiate your residence. Although your neighbors might not like the results.

Last resort, go to your local humane society and borrow a "hart trap". Trap them and transport them either to the shelter or at least 20 miles away and release them in the wild. Cats have excellent honing devices and will come right back if not relocated far enough away.

How about getting rid of the problem all together? so that way no one else will have to deal with it.

OK, here's what you do. Set up traps, you know the ones that are safe and doesn't kill the animals. Put canned food in there. Watch and wait. When you have the cats caught take them to your humane society.

Or you might be able to call your local humane society and they might come out and catch the cats for you. I know on the show for the ASPCA on animal planet, in different parts of the country, they come out and do it. So I'm sure that your community has something like that.

I don't think taking them out of their habitat as someone said is a good idea..they are in their territory and I don't think u should take them out of there and gave it where they don't belong mostly in a place like ASPCA wait like a week and if there is no one that want the cats(cause they are so many and the possibility is low)they just make them sleep so..I just think u should turn on and move a bit carefully your mobile home and they will get out of there scared..or else take some buckets with water and trow it to them. cats don't like water so I think they will move..if u cant reach them then i think u should "hire" a dog to scare them a bit..xD

You can get a high pitched thing like a high pitched alarm( cant remember the name you'll have to look it up) It keeps most cats away.

Try and find a nonprofit organization that will help catch, spay/neuter them.

Go to: http://www.mypetnanny.info/PD/index.htm
and/or http://www.mypetnanny.info/PD/Rescues/AT/cats.htm
and see if you can find one that will service your area.

Also, they would be able to offer suggestions on what you can do to help prevent this in the future.
