Hi, I have naturally wavy hair, but 4 months ago I got a perm. It looked good at the time, but after a while I decided to straighten it. I used straightening shampoos, and a straightening iron, which didn't really help. It made it very frizzy. I have to wear my hair in a ponytail ALL THE TIME! If I leave it down it gets frizzy and I look like I just got zapped by lightning. I would just like to know if there are any hair products out there that can make your hair less frizzy and make it straight. I also would like to know if there is a product that can make you hair look wet all day. Thank you so much!

I don't know a lot about that type of stuff, but try Frizz-Ease. It has stuff to straighten hair as well as make it nice looking, less frizzy, and more manageable. Try step four. Its called Straight Answer. Hope it works!

PLEASE don't get your hair permanently straightened EVER. I did and now sport a short chopped up bob cut with extensions on the bottom to hide it as it grows back out. The straightener melted my hair and I had to get most of it cut out. I have naturally curly frizzy hair usually and I know your pain. Get a natural bristle or Mason Pearson brush if money's not an issue. Avon makes a curl cream that I used on my extensions that are naturally curly by the way and tend to frizz easily (weird, huh - kinda like they took on my hair qualities). Anyway, that beautiful curls creme by Avon works well. Put in before you dry. Touch up the sides with a curling iron as needed. Fluff out with brush and hairspray. This will tame the frizz. You're just going to have to work with it more and pull it back several days until it grows back out. I'm in the same boat sort-of. I actually am to the point I wish I had my frizzy hair back because the straightener made mine so thin and stringy and yuck. We'll get there. Just hang in there. You could get those clip in extensions until it grows out too. They are 100% human hair and look great. I'm thinking about taking these great lengths out and getting me some of those until mine grows out. Good luck. Email me if you have any more questions.

Redkin has a "smooth down" (Brown Bottles)line of products...the shampoo is luxurious and makes your hair feel so healthy the conditioner is good too about $10 to $13a bottle there is also a smooth down leave in treatment in a bottle with a pump it is actually like an oil...use sparingly try it on you ends first a drop or two will do you and that bottle of treatment lasts forever...I have had mine for like two years and just got to the bottom of it...also one more redkin product I have not used but heard is great for straitening is their "Butter"...you used to have to go to the salon to purchase these but now I think I have seen them at the local supermarket...Redkin.com also has a sight ...If you go there sight you can find out where you can purchase these products in your area...I have tried allot of products and this one was very very good! Atleast consider using the products untill your hair gets better...If you can let me know if this works out for you!

The same kind of perm you used to make it curly is what you need to use to make it straight. Using anything else can cause your hair to fall out. Repeat the process but instead of putting the rods to make your hair curly. Comb it and it will get straighter.

There are products like 'setwet' that will set your hair in whatever farm you want to do. And there is a finishing silicone spary also to keep your hair style as it is. Please enquire a physician before start using any new product. For more suggestions and sites visit http://deepdig.in/
