I live in a area when the major traffic is funneled into one road and you can sit there forever trying to get onto the main road. Poor planning and growth. My job requires me to drive around 800 miles a week in 2 days so I was just curious to why some people drive the way they do.

They are obviously self-important and believe they must get "there" ahead of everyone else. These are usually the same people who purchase the cars with optional turn signals!

And what is your question? You have essentially asked a "Did you drive to work, or bring your lunch?" question.

"I live in a area when the major traffic is funneled into one road and you can sit there forever trying to get onto the main road."

Move to another area, or don't take that route.

"My job requires me to drive around 800 miles a week in 2 days so I was just curious to why some people drive the way they do"

That's in your job description? You are REQUIRED to drive 800 miles a week in 2 days? Discuss that requirement with your boss, or find a job where they won't make you drive 800 miles a week in 2 days.

"...just curious to why some people drive the way they do."

Because they want to?
