I have eggs, cereal, pizza. Nothing healthy for breakfast. Should I skip?! Or are there anything I can do with the eggs, because i heard egg whites are good! What should I do?

Skipping breakfast is a bad idea, because, when you DO eat lunch, you'll be hungrier and eat more, orrrr, you'll graze from when you should have had breakfast till the actual next meal you catch..
Missing a meal is bad for anybody, but, if there is a specific health reason for being on a diet, other than weight, it's even worse, ie, diabetes.

You should never skip breakfast if you are trying to lose weight. Actually, you shouldn't skip breakfast even if you aren't dieting. It boosts your metabolism, to help you burn more calories throughout the day. Hard boiled eggs really healthy and an excellent protein source so you won't get hungry before lunch. I'd skip the pizza for breakfast. Try fruits and healthy grains, stuff like that and you should be good to go.

No,not at all.Breakfast is the most important diet of the day.Why to skip it?Well,cereals and eggs are a healthy breakfast but pizza in breakfast?Joking?
I have an advise for you that to remain healthy you should do exercise not dieting

You better not to skip your breakfast because is the most important meal in a day. You can eat some more health, and I think eat eggs and cereal is good choose but do not eat some is too oily. Most importance is breakfast can help you lose weight. You just do not eat a lot when you eat dinner.
Egg is good for bod, but do not eat more than one a day. because it will makes you fat. I had a friend she eat 5 eggs everyday, and she become fat. Or If you want to eat more than one egg, you can take egg yell out.

you should never skip a meal.... the body is sort of funny about that kind of stuff......eat 3 meals a day with a small snack between lunch and supper. Eat smart.... I lost 20 lbs in 2 months doing this.... I ate 2 eggs cooked any way I wanted (not eggs Benedict or the such) with 2 pieces of bacon for breakfast, I ate a medium piece of meat with green veggies or a salad for lunch (no dressing). I ate a medium piece of meat and green veggies or salad for supper.... keep in mind that the meat can be cooked to taste fried, baked, broiled etc. it's called a heart smart diet.... now I did include a potato once a week usually baked, I tried to stay completely away from pasta, and didn't eat rice either.... I worked for me...that does not mean you will get the same results. I also got lotz and lotz of excersize.... like riding my bike 6 miles every day that I could.

No, you should never skip breakfast. It is the most important meal
of the day. It gets your metabolism going for the day and can prevent over eating later in the day. Egg whites are a very good choice.

DONT SKIP BREAKFAST you need the enerjy for the rest of the day and even more as you r on a diet try having somthing with less cals such as fruit, toast with brown bread, or oatmeal - (very good!!), with fresh juice, or semmi skimed milk (no caffine)

Do eat breakfast, but go for something healthier. Maybe have something like Special K Vanilla almond or chocolate. It still tastes sweet, but is healthy for you.
