Try to eat right and avoid sugar filled soda. Focus on vegetables with enough meat protein to maintain good health. At 13 it is extremenly important to maintain proper diet and avoid extremes. Pick a calorie count you can live with and consult your doctor before you do anything drastic.

Now that I gave you the tip, please.., rather than insult you.., I'm going to tell you what I would tell my own daughter.
"If you expect guys not to be so shallow, girls need to not be so shallow" Don't be so wrapped up in how you look, fashion, who looks sexiest, and all that stuff. You cant have fun if you're worried about your shape, or even making fun of those who are out of shape.
A pool party cant be successful with a bunch of shallow people pointing and whispering and so forth. If anyone at your party starts it - send them home. You would be doing yourself and others a great service and keep the fun aspect alive.
"Now, go to your room young lady and think about ...," WHOA! Sorry. I guess you don't need that part of my father to daughter talk. LOL

I was just going to say that you're fine, but the one post made me think otherwise. I agree with sasenach, cut down on pop and sugary drinks. Generally cut down on stuff that's high in sugar, including fast food. This won't make you thin, but it will help with puffyness and some bloating which can make even the best of us feel ick about our midrift.
Don't do anything drastic like starve or anything, because drastic diets means your body rebounds drastically, meaning you'll be bigger after you stop. It's easier to eat healthfully.
Oh and talk to your parents, tell them you'd like to eat healthier and maybe get out and about more. They should be able to help you make some good informed choices and decisions about your lifestyle.

ok soooooo i bypass to a occasion @ an aquatic midsection 2marrow (there's a TON of like water playgrounds and water logs etc.) and that i'm 13 btw so heres some techniques... start up the occasion in chlothes so u can play video games without being soaked have some tornado mats and have a tornado tourament play opposite musical chairs! (u get rid of chairs yet u try to get each and all of the persons onto chairs with the help of doubling later tripling and quickly each and every person on like 2 chairs! attempt to overcome your record! Have a 10 minute cake adorning opposition!!!! chop up into boys v. ladies and notice who has the suitable cake adorning skills! then u get 2 consume them!!!! Get a PINYATA! (tat iz hoow i speelz itt!!) its youngster-ish yet who stated its no longer relaxing! chop up into boys n ladies back and get the ladies something stupid like a race vehicle and the boys like hi kitty and notice who can kill theres first!!! LATER... substitute to swim extra healthful so u can get moist! play chicken have pool noodle races water ballon tosses relay races verify 4 extra online :) desire this helps!!!! First get an objective opinion on your stomach. Dr. or Phys ed teacher etc. You may only think your obese when you are not.
Drink lots of water no pop and look up, Pilates.
