Invite him out to go watch basketball at a local bar with wings, or invite him over to do that, if he likes sports. OR, just try calling him and telling him "I want to call truce, but now sure how to do it!" That might help peace talks begin!

plan something really elaborate, starting with flowers delivered to his door say something like, remember when... (insert a romantic place that has lotsa memories) then lead him through a bunch of places with flowers holding the next clue with you at the end. he'll rember all the good times and forgive you, of course end with an apology, too

I think you should let him make the first step, and you two should think hard about what you were fighting so much.And if you can't resolve this, break up. life is too short. a week of fighting? Man that is a waste of life.
