They are both the same. The hot water can be a little more gentile on the stomach in hot weather but thats about it. All water that is piped into our houses have be chlorinated or brominated which kills just about everything. The storage containers that the water sits in will have the same contaminants despite a few degree change. So long story, take you pick and go with it.

Healthier in what way?
Drinking Hot Water is not good since it damages your food tract and burns the mouth.
Bathing is hoo hot water can damage skin and organs.
--------
Boiling water sterilizes it it the source is suspect. Splashing it or piuring between two pans restores the "taste". Otherwise, there is not much evidence that hot water is better.

It depends on what the water is going to be used for.
Hot water makes a better lather with soap, when you're washing yourself or your clothes.
But, who wants to drink hot water on a hot day? :(
Better to drink cold water on a hot day, and hot water on a cold day, wouldn't you say?
:)
