i've no idea, its poor quality with little detail, my guess is that its an apprentices work and would have been very cheap, the studio where i worked would not have allowed this standard of work, look around for a better artist who will take the basic idea and give you a much better design, good luck

Honestly, a tattoo cost differently in different locations around the world. I live by Chicago, and I have never found a small tattoo cheaper then 50 dollars, then I came to a town in Missouri and got a medium size tattoo for 45 dollars. It also depends on the parlor that you get it at, some are cheap some are expensive. Just go somewhere and ask, that is all you can do.

ok it depends on where you go, who is doing it, or how long it would take to do. It all depends on the place you go! some might do it for 30 or 40 bucks then again some places would charge more. Some places charge by the hour! just take the tattoo pic with you and see some places in your area of choice. Ask around and see what the tattoo artist will say.

In england about £30-£40 ($75). Also most tattoo artist charge by the hour. And some shops charge differntly. But dont let cost put you off as long as you feel comfortable in a parlour id pay extra.
